Four years ago I was completely blown away by Drown when I caught them on tour with Clutch and Prong. Their first CD, "Hold onto the Hollow," was packed with rage and emotion backed by heavy programming. I've been keeping track of Drown ever since I was awakened by their power and potential. Even after being haunted by record label problems and making band member changes, the strength and following of Drown has grown.

Four years ago Drown was labeled as an aggressive Industrial Metal band. Now they've matured into an intensely pissed off metal band with less emphasis on programming.
